As soon as you check out, you will receive an email conformation with your class order. In that email, you should also see a list of art supplies that are needed to compete the project. If any templates are necessary, they will be included as well.

Great question! My suggestion is to shop at your local art reuse center or if you don’t have one close by, Michaels or Hobby Lobby would work. One huge benefit to supporting you local reuse center is that you are not investing too much money at once, you get to try new types of art mediums, supporting local businesses and saving the environment! Off-brand supplies will work just fine for these projects, however the colors & durability may be compromised.

For those individuals who need any type of modification(s), PLEASE reach out to and be more than happy to give you ideas and direct you on where you purchase them. I will do my best to make note in the videos themselves.

You will be sent a link that has everything that you need - project steps, outline (if needed) link to a private Youtube channel and anything else relevant to create your masterpiece! Look for a cartoon version of the Youtube logo with a paw print on it. Click on that picture and you should be taken directly to the video. If you are still missing something, please email us and we will get it to you as fast as you can.

Yes and No. Yes being for all the immediate family members that are under the registering email address. We kindly ask that you do not share this with other relatives or friends.

All party locations must be within a 15 mile radius of Harrisonburg, VA. We are not responsible if address or phone number information is wrong/unclear. We will make all humanly possible attempts to get in touch if there are issues and not be held responsible for any missed party time. No refunds for missed time.

We believe in art for everyone, so our projects are family and budget-friendly so that is why we try to keep our video purchases cost down. Activities will need basic art supplies, but occasionally an item will be mentioned in the supply list that you may not have on hand. I will do my best to note it in the description and where to buy it.

Yes! That is the current plan. Once there are a sufficient number number of classes and videos are made, we will make that a reality. We want it to make it worth your while.

Individual classes and Subscription Memberships are not eligible for refunds but will be active until time of renewal.

Physical Projects - Let us know about the issue and we will do our best to help :)

Parties: We require 48 hrs. notice of cancellation, with a 20% restocking fee. 24 hours notice will not receive a refund. You may reschedule your party if you contact us one week in advance.

Neelah’s Art Studio reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. In this case each refund will be handled on a case-by-case.
