This process makes the paper have a smoother surface, resistant to tearing and holding up well to various art techniques like folding and cutting, acid-free, fade resistant and typically a medium-weight paper, often sold as "drawing paper" or "white construction paper.
Watercolor Bleed Technique or wet-on-wet, involves applying wet watercolor paint onto a wet surface, allowing the colors to blend and flow naturally.
